how do I pause my subscription?

To pause your subscription indefinitely, please submit a request and indicate the email address registered with us.

To adjust the the frequency of your renewals as well as the shipping date to best suit your usage of the lenses, just log in to your account and click into My Subscription to adjust accordingly.

1. Log in to your TWOOAK account

2. Click into My Subscription

3. Under Actions, click Change Frequency & Next Shipment Date

4. Adjust the frequency of the orders or push back the next shipment as you please.

5. Click "Save" and you're all set!!
