If your subscription has been paused or put "On Hold", you can easily reactivate your subscription through logging into your account and heading to 'account' > 'my subscription'.
(Please note that this will not work if your subscription has been cancelled)
Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription.
1. Log in to your TWOOAK account
2. Click into Subscriptions
3. Simply access the Subscription that is "On Hold" and click the "Reactivate" button.
4. If you need your order immediately, under Actions, click Renew & Ship Now. This will trigger an immediate charge and renewal of your subscription. (Please check to make sure that your next renewal is automatically set to the frequency you desire).
